I have used iCal Maker for about a month now as a registered user. I transfer ical files to my Palm Desktop software and have had very few problems and when I did, I found the developer willing to help me figure out the problem. In fact, some of my original trouble shooting issues have been fixed in this upgrade. I highly recommend it for people who want to transfer ical data to your Palm Desktop application. Generally, the only problem I still have is moving repeating events to PD and that is because PD doesn't support the most current vCal format.

If I have to study a help lile, I might as well get Windoze and Dr. whoever's CD. I tried to enter a date just clicking on windows and menu items but I never found the magic combo. It's easier to just open the calendar and add from there.

I believe that if this product were pitched at a more realistic price, more potential customers would try it which in turn may result in increased sales. I'd be interested to know just how many have purchased at the current price!

I am looking for an application to work alongside iCal. I visited the site sure that I had tracked down what I was looking for, and sure enough It seems that this does everything I want. Screenshots of the software demonstrate the functionality which seems very comprehensive. I have to admit that like other reviewers here I was very disappointed with the cost. I buy and support many shareware applications. This is the first time I have been completely put off by the the cost. Whilst I am in no doubt that a lot of hard work and many hours result in very competent software, I can't justify paying in exess of $30 for software that compliments iCal which itself is cost free. I would pay for this if it was priced at about $15 to $20, but as it is I haven't even downloaded the software to try. Accordingly I have reluctantly rated this as Awful

I had made up my mind - and coincidentally, it exactly matched the poster below. A nice idea and could do the job nicely - but at that price? No way and no download. Too expensive.

Maybe a great application, since it addresses a real problem (the process for setting up appointments in iCal is very clumsy), but at this price I'm not going to buy a full version.

What a great looking program! Now if only someone could make this a web program in html, so I could have an area on my website to allow friends to add events to my iCal file. Or at least a web run program that could create and submit vCal files to my e-mail or FTP site.

This app is irreplacable. I use it to transport tab files to iCal which are previously exported from Filemaker. In combination with QuicKeys this is done automatically early in the morning - so I have my Filemaker schedule on my iPod without any mouse click or typing at all!

Some features I asked for were integrated in the latest updates - I wait for 2.0 for the Location and Attendees function. A bug I reported lately was fixed and an update published within a few hours. Thanks for the amazing support!
