Login Support
All free memberships at ALTools are verified by email, so you must provide a real email address in order to receive your login verification code. If you did not receive your verification email, please see below.
To login to the ALTools web site the first time after you register:
1) Register
2) Check Your Email
3) Click the Confirmation Link in the Email
OR
3) Copy Verification Code in Email
4) Go Back to Registration Page from #1
5) Paste in Verification Code & Click "Confirm" Button
You are then logged in and your registration is verified. You will not need to enter your verification code again.
Changing Registration Information
You can update & change your information at anytime. Just click the "Edit" link at the top of the page, make your changes, and click the "Update" link.
"I didn't receive my verification email"
If you did not receive your verification email, then you most likely suffer from 1 of the following problems:
- You mistyped your email address, e.g. myname@domain.ca or mnme@domain.com instead of myname@domain.com.
- Your email inbox is full.
- Your email account is temporarily unavailable.
- You received the email, but a spam filter sent it to your junkmail folder.
- Your email provider (e.g. ISP) filtered out the email in a spam filter.
Make sure to set your email account to accept email from "estsoft.com" and "altools.com" in your spam filters. You may need to try registering again.
