The physics of the ball are not credible: you can stand for a while if the trajectory of the ball is perfectly vertical, and also, the ball accelerate weirdly when the trajectory has a big angle. For those 2 reasons, the game looks unreal, and not fun to play. The graphics are very poor. I know this game for a while, and its disappointing to see that nothing has been made about eye-candy. This is an absurd send up of the perverse way we treat drug users. The comments from the doc, cop, etc could do with more variety, but generally this game is very funny. Fun for the first few minutes, the music gets grating, the GTA-style jabbering gets annoying, and the gameplay less a test of skill, and more an exercise in random icon placement. However, it *did* make me want to play an old Jeff Minter game which it reminds me of: Lazer Zone. So there's a good thing.
