Review by mharvey: This is the worst Mac software I have ever used. Many bugs that made the customer account functions unusable. Payment screen allows too much room for user error. Very difficult to get detailed sales reports. Support was useless in trying to fix software problems. We gave up on the [unreturnable] software after 6 months and had to buy a whole new system. But let me start by saying that there is a huge problem, when a company sells a software package and they have a "no returns" policy, but don't post it or mention it on any of their documentation. I was immediately comfortable using the system - very easy to learn. It's the best product out there that we've come across... and we've demo'd quite a few.
