It's an example of how clunky a Java app can be - slow, clunky, awful UI. What an interesting idea! I believe that your mind does have a lot to do with controlling your weight, so the premise makes good sense. Of course, this is a demo, so you need the full version to get the maximum effect. Using the program is very easy, there's really nothing to install. Just decompress the zip file and you'll find two versions, one for MAC and one for Windows. The MAc version is a hqx file which you need...
