After 2 weeks of solid use, I can confirm this works great. There is no prompt for a trial and zero crashes.

while opening large sized cross-documents causes excessive data writing to ssd on m1 based devices especially for 8gb models. i’ve seen over 500gb of data written on large files after 2 hours of usage. put me little worried in a long-term use.

PRO TIP: Make sure you’re running Little Snitch (a firewall app for Mac) and block ALL connections to Adobe. I have been using LS for several years. Of all the programs I run on my Mac, LS is worth every cent. Please go out and support them.

It works but when I try to create a pdf from a file (e.g.: docx) I get this message: È necessario essere connessi a Internet e aver effettuato l’accesso ad Acrobat per utilizzare questa funzionalità. Verificare e riprovare.
It is necessary to be connected to the internet and have accessed Adobe to use this function. Verify and try again.

Fails after follow step by step, the issue is caused by the patched file, works normal before patching, obviously.

Finally working 100% through this way, thx to Suggestions of RMonty, DrWho1 and YOUNG (from the previous post);
1 – Install the package offered in this page (do not replace the exec yet).
2 – Install the update sugested by DrWho1 (OPTIONAL).
3 – Execute Adobe Acrobat, leave marked “Use native system…” in General, & untick the update routine at the end of the options list.
4 – Now u’ve gotta replace the Acrobat exec in “Applications/Adobe Acrobat DC/Adobe Acrobat.app/Contents/Frameworks/Acrobat.framework/Versions/A”, and leave the window opened.
5 – Go to Terminal and write or paste there: “sudo codesign -f -d -s – ” (without quotes, beware about spaces), then drag & drop the Acrobat exec inside the terminal, hit Return (Enter), write your password and u’re done.
It’s a simple procedure, only if you’re awaken enough, not like me, i was working without a breathe for almost 3 days before been entangled by this… The problem about this sudo command (specially) is that in many systems -not customized yet- the paths to the essentials files of system and programs seems to be forbidden (the returns after hit enter are false..), but Terminal does not resists the drag & drop action.

M2 Ventura – works but with some minor lags
– (e.g. if you scroll down while a text box or a comment is selected, the text box/document will slide in the direction of the scroll temporarily wiping all the text on the screen – a visual glitch that corrects itself once you’re done scrolling but annoying nonetheless
– Bolding text in comments sometimes doesn’t work. In general some buttons aren’t always responive
It’s still good enough for what most people might need, but I am eagerly waiting for an M2 update.
