Just download/install Dreamweaver 21.1 with the Adobe Creative Cloud app and use the patch-tool from this download to crack.

You have to sit Download button several times. Each hit may open a fake window to download “necessary
software”, just close it. Hit Download again and it download a fake DMG with size about 417KB, just ignore it and never use that file. Hit Download again until you finally get a .torrent file and proceed to download that torrent.
I had to hit Download 5 times until I get the correct file. Delete the fake DMG to avoid confussion. If you installed anything from that DMG fake file, I suggest you scan your Mac for malware.
