Lunar Pro is an application for monitor control, dedicated to providing users with a better monitoring and management experience.
Lunar Pro supports DDC (Display Data Channel) for true brightness control of all external displays, unlike other methods of overlaying black masks through software. Lunar allows users to adjust the brightness and volume of external displays with familiar keyboard shortcuts, and provides native support for Apple’s original displays.
The app offers free basic features and also includes Pro features such as XDR brightness unlock, ultra-low brightness adjustment, and sync mode. Users can leverage Lunar to extend MacBook’s adaptive brightness capabilities to all external displays, while supporting automatic brightness adjustment for external light sensors.
Lunar can also control displays that do not support DDC through the Raspberry Pi, providing more flexible operation options. Lunar can also be integrated with macOS shortcuts, further enhancing user customization and automation.
